Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we do charge a 50% service fee for cancellations or no-shows on last minute notice. Nevertheless, as a courtesy to our stylist and other clients, we kindly request that cancellations be communicated 48 hours before the service. This helps us better manage our schedule and serve all clients more efficiently. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us provide the best service possible to everyone.
